People in rank and rent
This page lists people who appear in the sources used by this site, alphabetically by first name, one paragraph each.[1][2]
Abhishek Sood
[edit]Abhishek Sood is the founder of Local Sites Pro, a local-website builder whose site describes him as a pay-per-call marketer running more than 100 local sites.[3] He is the creator of LeadsXPro, a paid local-SEO and pay-per-call training system whose page describes him as a blogger turned web developer specialising in programmatic SEO and micro-SaaS since 2016.[4] His Skool profile describes him as building LocalSites.Pro and BulkIndexer.net, and lists a free Local Sites Pro community with 840 members and a members-only LeadsXPro group.[5] He also publishes a free eight-video YouTube course, "$0-$1000/m With Pay per call affiliate", on earning from pay-per-call offers with rank-and-rent local sites.[6] His products are described on the tools and communities pages.
Alejandro Rioja
[edit]Alejandro Rioja is the author of a rank-and-rent guide, updated for 2026, that defines the model, sets out a nine-step process, describes three pricing structures, and argues that AI Overviews affect informational queries more than urgent local-service searches.[2] UNKNOWN His own portfolio and background are not described in the guide.[2]
James Dooley
[edit]James Dooley is a UK-based practitioner who, in an interview with Mark Preston, states that his company owns around 1,300 websites with more than 800 monetised, operates in more than 600 industries and niches, has more than 70 million web pages online, runs a call centre with more than 100 staff for sales and overflow calls, and manages virtual assistants from 11 in-house staff in South Manchester.[1] He says the term "digital landlord" came from the fact that his company is essentially renting out digital real estate, and that he moved from lead generation, with its disputed and fake leads, to rank and rent for predictable recurring revenue.[1] UNKNOWN His own website returned no readable content when retrieved, so his companies and programmes are not listed.[1]
Luke Van Der Veer
[edit]UNVERIFIED Luke Van Der Veer is cited by the research brief for this site as the guest of Side Hustle Show episode 448 on rank and rent, describing sites earning about US$1,000 a month and a portfolio of more than 100 sites, and as the operator of Website Rental Coaching.[7][8] The Side Hustle Nation page could not be retrieved by the editors and the coaching site does not name its operator, so these attributions are unverified.
Mark Preston
[edit]Mark Preston is the host of The Unscripted SEO Interview Podcast and conducted the interview with James Dooley that this site cites.[1]
