Communities and training for rank and rent

From rankandrent.wiki, the free encyclopedia
Main article: Rank and rent

Rank and rent is taught mainly through coaching programmes, paid communities and forums, with practitioner podcasts and guides as the main public record.[1][2][3] Each entry is described from its own page.

Coaching programmes

[edit]

Website Rental Coaching presents itself with the line "learn how we create simple websites that pay us monthly and grow any business", describes client results, and enrols through an application for a strategy call rather than a listed price.[1] UNVERIFIED The research brief for this site associates the programme with Luke Van Der Veer; the page retrieved does not name its operator, and the Side Hustle Show page cited for him could not be retrieved.[1][4] UNKNOWN James Dooley's programmes, if any, are not described on a page the editors could retrieve; his podcast interview is the source for his portfolio figures.[2]

Forums

[edit]

BlackHatWorld describes itself as the global forum and marketplace for cutting-edge digital marketing techniques and methods, with sections for black-hat and white-hat SEO, site flipping, affiliate programmes and making money.[5] affLIFT is an affiliate-marketing forum with a dedicated pay-per-call section whose premium threads require an upgraded account.[6]

[edit]

Pay Per Call Academy is a community on the Skool platform that describes itself as run by Matthew Zivkovic of Lead Smart, with about 1,900 members when reviewed, covering home-service lead generation and SEO strategies.[7]

LeadsXPro is a paid training and tooling system for building rank-and-rent sites and monetising them through pay-per-call, created by Abhishek Sood.[8] Its current version, LeadsXPro 2.0, bundles a one-year Local Sites Pro licence, 7,000 Bulk Indexer link credits, two hours of one-to-one coaching a month for three months, access to a private network marketplace, a script-customisation course, an internal tool for finding business domains and an Australian network, and teaches local SEO, nationwide site deployment, programmatic-SEO automation and pay-per-call integration.[8] Version 1.0 limited members to five nationwide and fifteen city sites with manual scripts; 2.0 raises the limits to 50 nationwide and unlimited city sites and restricts niche selection to categories with proven data.[8] It is priced at US$500 against a US$700 standard price, and REPORTED its page states that 30 students of the first version generated more than US$100,000 in eight months, a self-reported figure based on the top 30 percent of students.[8] On Skool, Sood runs a members-only LeadsXPro group and a free Local Sites Pro community with 840 members for tutorials, and in the Pay Per Call Academy community Matthew Zivkovic of Lead Smart has written that Sood "has been doing great things with a relatively small group of action takers".[9][10]

Free video courses

[edit]

The most complete free course on rank and rent located by this site is Abhishek Sood's eight-video YouTube playlist "$0-$1000/m With Pay per call affiliate", which teaches earning from pay-per-call offers with rank-and-rent local sites and opens with getting approved as an affiliate at Lead Smart and obtaining a trackable phone number from Ringba; the Local Sites Pro site links to it as its free course.[11][12]

Guides and interviews

[edit]

Alejandro Rioja's written guide, updated for 2026, is the most complete public step-by-step description of the model located by this site and is cited throughout.[3] The Unscripted SEO Interview Podcast episode in which Mark Preston interviews James Dooley is the source for the "digital landlord" framing and Dooley's portfolio figures.[2]
